NA3 Introduction Courses in Dubna
28 июня 2004 года в Лаборатории информационных технологий
ОИЯИ с 15-00 до 19-00 часов будет проводиться
обучение пользователей Grid в рамках европейского
проекта EGEE. Занятия будут проводиться на русском
языке.
Программа курсов:
I. Lectures` part
- What are Grids? (20`) V. Petoukhov (IHEP,
PCB member)
- Introduction to the EGEE project - scope,
activities, partners etc (30`) V. Korenkov
(JINR, PCB member)
- Functions of ROC and CIC in EGEE
infrastructure (25`) A. Kryukov (SINP MSU, CIC
Manager) and Yu. Lazin (IHEP, ROC Manager)
- An overview of the EGEE infrastructure and
middleware ( 30`) E. Slabospitskaya (IHEP, NA3
Manager for Russia)
- EGEE applications (15`)N.Zaikin, (JINR, NA3
Manager) E. Tikhonenko (JINR, NA4 Manager for
Russia) or N. Zaikin, (JINR, NA3 Manager)
- Getting started to LCG-2: obtaining of
certificates (30`) N. Zaikin, (JINR, NA3
Manager) or E. Tikhonenko (JINR, NA4 Manager for
Russia)
Total: 2 hours 30 minutes
II. Practical Part
- An introduction to the services provided by
the Grid (30?) (Workload management, Data
Management and Information System at Dubna LCG2
cluster). E. Slabospitskaya (IHEP, NA3 Manager
for Russia)
- An introduction to Grid computing using the
GENIUS portal and the GILDA testbed(30`)
